Privacy Policy

The short version

RawHouse runs on your family's own computer at home. We don't run servers for it, we don't have an account for you, and we don't receive your family's information. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking.

What we collect

Nothing. The RawHouse apps do not send your messages, photos, calendars, health notes, money records, voice recordings, location or usage data to RAW MEDIA LLC or to any third party chosen by us.

Where your information lives

On the RawHouse home computer your family sets up. Family information is stored there encrypted and is reached only by the phones and computers your family approves, over your family's private network connection. Your family controls that computer and everything on it.

What the phone app keeps on your phone

• The addresses of the RawHouse home computers you've added.
• The sign-in key your family's computer gave this phone, and your app settings (such as Face ID on or off).
• Copies of things the app downloads to work faster or offline, such as Spanish audio clips.

Face ID is checked by your phone's operating system. The app never sees your face data.

Notifications

If you turn on notifications, Apple or Google gives the app a notification token. The app gives that token only to your family's RawHouse computer, which uses it to send you notifications through Apple's or Google's push service. Notification text passes through that push service on its way to your phone.

Voice and AI features

The assistant, speech and voice features run on your family's RawHouse computer. If your family chooses to connect an outside AI or calendar service, that choice is made on your family's computer, and that service's own privacy policy applies to what is sent to it.

Children

A parent in each family decides who can join, approves each device, and controls what each child can see. Because we don't collect information, we don't collect children's information.

Removing your information

Delete the app from your device, and ask a parent in your family to remove your device and information from your family's RawHouse computer. Everything about you is stored there, under your family's control.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
